If you use the commercial knife sharpener heavily for your operation, this is an option that you can save money. Keep the base of the sharpening wheel, cut out the first layer of the sandpaper-like layer. Then slip on this sleeve. Please check the second layer black cushion part, once it becomes hard, please purchase another complete wheel as a hard black cushion will affect the sharpening result.

Approximately last up to 2,000~2,500 passes
For re-profiling or to repair knives with chip(s) up to 1/8" or less
